I want to complaint about Dubai islamic bank which is having ever worst services i never seen anyones worst than dubai islamic bank someone made duplicate card of me i had used DIB ATM it was on 24th Feb 21. And after 12 days i got call from.bank that we have investigated and your claim.is approved you have to pay for two of transactions to Visa for.your claim.and it will also be refunded and initially it was stated within 45 working days you will get your refund but till now i have called.almost.20 times wasted of my 2k to 3k mobile.balance but still no one giving any good answer still saying it is processed for signed and we didn’t get signed from the last person and its same answers i am getting from past.more than one month and no one bother to help i have requested to ask your supervisor or manager to call back they have arranged as well but never get call back from.anyone.

Me ne Bank Alflha styna road Faisalabad me apna Pakistan apna ghar me apply kiya tha since 21.4.21 jise ko 2 month ka arsa ho gya hay wha mujod Miss Foziya hay Jo k chakar par chkar lagwa rhe hay koi Yes or No me nahi batati even k Meri file me pardi Meri bank statement expire ho gi dobara mangwi jis ko abi b 10 days oper ho gye hay but miss Foziya ne koi flowe up nahi diya plz ase logo se ase scheme ka Logo tak koi asar nahi parde ga lehza ase logo hata kar koi working wale logo ko lagya jye ta k muje jise or boht se log ase pershani se Bach sake.
