Very bad experience i have travelled many time with faisal mover’s but this time really disappointed by your staff i booked a seat with family and when i reached thay said u cant take 4 bags i booked two seats while u have mentioned in the ticket that one person allow 30 kg and my weight is less than 60 kg when i ask him to plzz weight my bags than he refused and throw ma bags away from the bus this is your attitude with customer

  2. Bahawalpur Station incompetency-
    Particularly bwp-mul buses leave every 30 min and there is no booking system. But they have formed an under hand booking system for multan buses. When we came at 2:55 we were given ticket for 4:30. And the people who came after us got eariler tickets. This is totally unfair and bad system.

  3. I would like to make a formal complaint to Faisal movers for not being punctual in there timings. When leaving the bus stop and reaching final destination. Both times where not met. In fact I’m extremely disappointed with the services provided by yourself.

  5. Very poor and bad staff hire no attitude to the customer worst service and very very bad experience next time will care alot and also advise to other not to travel in this bullshit.
    Traveling from rawalpindi(terminal very very bad attitude to a customer specially business class lodge staff) to swat.

Please educate your booking staff and bus staff how to behave their behaviour are aggressive which can cause emotional harm to others we are service user and we spend money to get good service from start to end so please give proper training to your staff on customer service and behaviour we know they come from backward back ground but this company responsibility to prepare them and teach them manners.
    Hope you peoples understand what I mean to say.

  8. Very pathatic and poor service like local bus. From Multan to sahiwal it take 3.5 hrs. local staff local service .just the faculty of AC other why there service is low than gujayr tyara.realy disappointed

  11. Bus time is 2200 hours on 18th Oct 2021 from faizabad, Islamabad to Sadiqabad but engine is off and no one is here to communicate the issue of delayed departure. Very poor behaviour of bus female staff. Need serious improvement in service otherwise market competitor will kick you out. Complaint numbers given in bus are working to sought out the issue but 30 minutes has lapsed already.
